As a Christian I know you are doing your best to live the life God has put in front of you. You often become discouraged and fearful and wonder if your faith is enough.

Turn to your Christian words of inspiration. Open the Bible. You will find centuries of people just like you. People who made mistakes and people who were able to do great things because of their faith.
Yes, the stories are from long ago and life is very different now. Or is it? The women of the Bible struggle with many of the same issues we still do today. The struggle to live in a negative world, to feel strong when the world seems overwhelming, to live as an example to the women around them, and to step back and allow God to work rather than fighting to accomplish all their responsibilities on their own.

The Bible will show you how God was with the women in these stories. Even if you question whether these are God's words or "just" stories they are kernels of inspiration waiting to help you through each day.

This is not a book to read from page one through to the last page. There are passages that will mean nothing to you. Choose a Bible with a Concordance. This allows you to look up subjects of interest and issues you may be struggling with. Once you look up the word you will find a list of every passage in the Bible that contains that word.

Read to experience the concepts of the story. Read to learn how someone else hundreds of years ago was asked to do the extraordinary and succeeded.
