Personal Growth and Inspiration

You're are working on your personal growth and inspiration. How can you tell how you are doing, and what needs more work? Here is a website called Copper Strings This "Life Fitness Questionaire is from that site. It was developed by Dr John Demartini .)

This questionaire is very comprehensive and revealing. Check it out.

You will need some paper and something to write with.
For each question give yourself a score between 0 & 5. If you answer totally YES! give yourself five points, whereas if you answer totally NO give yourself zero points, and evaluate where you are between those answers. (from 0-5).

Total your points for each section.The percentage is found by taking that number divided by 40.

The final calculation is to add up all your points and divide by 280. This will give you a picture of your overall satisfaction of your life. you will find more useful information regarding how you are doing in each section. Use the satisfaction of each section to evaluate your personal growth and inspiration and make goals for future growth.

Mental Questions

1. Do you look forward to getting up & making the most of your day?
2. Are you excited about new ideas & look forward to learning?
3. Do you read something inspiring & uplifting & about what you love daily?
4. Do you hang out with idea generating people with mind stimulating ideas?
5. If you are down or depressed do you, instead of wallowing in it, make an effort to change your action state & do something productive?
6. If you are scattered & overwhelmed do you stop to prioritize your actions?
7. Do you have a mentor that helps you not re-invent wheels?
8. Do you take a moment to visualize & affirm your desired outcomes daily?
Total your points and calculate the percentage as above.

Vocational Questions

2. Do you have clearly set & written career goals?
3. Do you have an organized work environment?
4. Do you break large projects into smaller more manageable pieces & work from priorities?
5. Do you practice & polish your skills regularly?
6. Can & do you seek advice when needed?
7. Do you reward yourself for you accomplishments?
8. Can you accept valid & constructive criticism?
Total your points now.
How is your work life going? Is this an area that could use some personal growth and inspiration?

Financial Questions

1. Do you feel worthy enough to allow yourself to receive money & wealth?
2. Do you pay yourself & taxes first, not last?
3. Do you have a regular savings program?
4. Do you prioritize your spending?
5. Do you abstain from the overuse of credit cards?
6. Do you pre-plan your shopping & not impulse buy?
7. Do you avoid wiping out your savings just because of minor emergencies?
8. Do you have a separate savings program for vacations?
Add up your points and divide by 40 to find your percentage.

Familial Questions

1. Do you have someone special you romantically love?
2. Do you let your loved ones know how much they mean to you?
3. Do you take time for family gatherings?
4. Do you make an effort to do those extra specials with those you love regularly?

7. Do you let other family members receive the limelight without jealousy?
8. Are you proud to be in the family you're in?

3. Are you outgoing & friendly with a sense of humor?

1. Do you walk at least one mile or its equivalent once a day?
2. Are you within 10 pounds of your normal & healthy weight?
3. Do you work out enough to work up a sweat at least twice a week?
4. Do you have consistent moderation in the quantity of your eating?
5. Do you have a consistent rhythm in the timing of your eating?
6. Do you receive adequate hours of sleep each day (six to eight hours)?
7. Do you like your body & are you proud of it?
8. Do you stretch out each of your joints at least twice weekly?

Here is the time you can add up all your points and divide by 280 if you want a total percentage of your satisfaction with life.

It is important to look at these numbers objectively. Numbers are pretty solid, but life just doesn't fall into little boxes. Use these numbers as a tool to highlight one or two areas you would like to focus on.
Here are some general suggestions according to your total score.
If your total points range from 0 to70 (0-25%), your total Life Fitness status is very poor. Today is the day to make some goals and begin to walk toward them. Take one step at a time, returning to this website for inspiration and motivation. Consider a mentor or life coach to help with your personal growth and inspiration.

If your total points range from 75 to 140 (25-50%), your total Life Fitness status is fair. Go over the areas you scored lowest in. Look at those questions and pick a couple of goals to work on.

If your total points range from 145 to 210, (50-75%), your total Life Fitness status is good. Don't stop here. Pick an area for improvement and set some goals today.

If your total points range from 215 to 280 (75-100%), congratulate yourself, your total Life Fitness status is excellent. Continue with your personal growth and inspiration because you didn't score 280 points!
